The National Governing Body (NGB) of Sports PEFI is the apex internal body responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational governance, and financial integrity of the organization.
The NGB is constituted by elected representatives drawn from our State Chapter heads, Expert Panel leaders, and core founding members. This structure ensures diverse representation and prevents any concentration of power within the organization.
All major policy decisions, national program approvals, and significant financial commitments require the deliberation and ratification of the NGB. This transparent and democratic model ensures that Sports PEFI remains accountable to its members and true to its founding mission.
